Weatherbys Lonsdale Cup Odds 2011
The Weatherbys Lonsdale Cup is the second race on the card of day two of the York Ebor Festival meeting, the Ebor Handicap is the feature race of the day but this is a cracking race in its own right and is an exciting betting heat. This is a Group 2 race for the stayers over 2 miles and will have a high quality field as always up at York for one of the big races of the season.
We have a top class field for the big staying race of the week with last years winner Opinion Poll back and set to go off as the favourite once again. He will have a tough task though with a strong field on the Knavesmire including the likes of Duncan and Dandino who are both class acts on their best day.
