York Ebor Meeting 2011 - Day One
The highlight of day One at the Ebor Meeting is of course the International Stakes, won in 2009 by the magnificent Sea The Stars and Rip Van Winkle for Aidan O'Brien last season. The day however starts off with the Symphony Group Stakes over five furlongs at 2.00: There are six races in all each with a York Ebor FREE BET facility.
As well as the International Stakes, the other feature race on the card is the exciting Great Voltigeur Stakes which is the third race on the card. The Great Voltigeur is often a key trial for the St Leger at Doncaster next month and we are sure to see a number of classic contenders test their claims on the Knavesmire.
